Michigan LCV Endorses Kim Russell for State Senate

The Michigan League of Conservation Voters is proud to endorse Kim Russell in her campaign for State Senate in the 12th District. Her positions on the environment are a welcome change from the current office holder, Senator Mike Bishop, and his overwhelmingly negative environmental actions as in Lansing. His score on Michigan LCV’s latest scorecard was an abysmal 0%.

John McNeil Earns Our Endorsement in Michigan's 89th District House Race

The Michigan League of Conservation Voters (LCV) is proud to announce its endorsement of John McNeil in the crowded 89th District House race. McNeil is a strong advocate for the environment and will be a welcome change from the current office holder in the 89th District, Arlan Meekhof, who has an anemic 22% on Michigan LCV’s annual scorecard.

The Michigan League of Conservation Voters endorses Steve Bieda for the 9th State Senate district. Bieda has a 96% lifetime score with Michigan LCV. Let's send him back to Lansing.

Oil Spill in Michigan, Worst in Midwest History, Could Help Strengthen Laws

A proposal from Sen. Glenn Anderson couldn't have come at a better, or worse, time, for Michigan. Our waters have been fouled by an oil spill that some are already calling the largest in Midwest history, totaling about 1 million gallons. A state of emergency has been declared in Kalamazoo County.
