DESCRIPTION:This Fall is perhaps the last\, best and only shot to take meaningful climate action in Michigan. \nFor the first time in the modern era of the environmental movement\, Michigan has elected a conservation majority; setting the stage for us to boldly pursue a transition to clean energy\, clean water\, a strong democracy\, and create a livable future for all Michiganders. \nEnvironmental Champions in the State Legislature have introduced the Clean Energy Future Plan to transition Michigan to 100% Clean Energy and tackle the climate crisis head on. \nWe need to make sure it passes\, and it is absolutely critical that lawmakers hear from constituents in support of this legislation. \nYou’re invited to join us for a Climate Action Phonebank to help ensure that we get this important legislation across the finish line and onto the Governor’s Desk!

DESCRIPTION:Join us in urging the State Legislature to codify Governor Whitmer’s MI Healthy Climate Plan by transitioning our state to 100% clean energy\, all while creating good jobs\, lowering costs\, and protecting our health. We have a real opportunity to create thousands of good-paying jobs\, reduce costs and put money back into Michiganders’ pockets – all while creating a healthier Michigan for generations to come. We will recruit Michiganders to send a message to their lawmaker urging them to support a bill package that gets us to 100% clean energy.
