SUMMARY:Energy Taskforce Tour: Grand Rapids
DESCRIPTION:Investor-owned utility companies consistently provide Michiganders with unreliable service at an extremely high cost. Michigan LCV is pressuring the State Legislature to pass legislation that holds these utilities accountable and provides fair compensation for Michiganders who lose power. House Energy Committee Chair\, Rep. Helena Scott\, has formed a taskforce around this issue and will be touring the state this summer. It’s important that we show up and make our voices heard! A more specific location will be determined closer to the event.
