Protect Democracy and Serve as a Poll Challenger

Join the Michigan LCVEF team on Election Day, Tuesday, August 4, to help protect voting rights and ensure fair, transparent elections in across Michigan!

We’re inviting MLCV staff and volunteers to serve as nonpartisan poll challengers at polling locations across the city. Poll challengers play a vital role in safeguarding democracy by observing the voting process, reporting issues, and ensuring every eligible voter can cast their ballot freely and fairly.

Required Training:

No prior experience is needed — we’ll make sure you’re prepared and confident to serve. If none of the shift times work perfectly, let us know.
