Keough is our Regional Coordinator for Southeast Michigan. In this role, he leads a team of organizers to reach voters from Ann Arbor to Detroit and Oakland County to Monroe County. Together, they help support policies that protect our natural world and elect leaders who make those policies a priority.
Originally from Wisconsin, Keough obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin Parkside in 2019 and his master’s degree in Smart City Policy and Planning in 2024. Throughout his professional career, he has consistently supported causes close to his heart and has worked for a handful of other organizations, including NextGen, Progressive Turnout Project, and NARAL. Being a lifelong environmentalist, he has loved every moment of getting to work for MLCV.
His primary hobbies include Coffee Science, Gardening, Weight Lifting, and Boxing.
